The NDP’s “Orange Room” is creepy
I like the NDP’s new Orange Room social media thingy. It’s cool, easy to use. It has a lot of the same stuff that the Tories’ Dion page had, though written by a competent programmer.
One thing on there that’s not cool is this – the Rapid Responders:
Join the Rapid Responders. You’ll receive alerts as unfair spin or smear campaigns develop – on blogs, message boards, news sites or anywhere else online. Then get out there and set the record straight!
That doesn’t seem, I don’t know, appropriate. Sending hordes of Dippers to your site to b*tch at you because you displeased the party. Who’s their webmaster – Hugo Chavez?
Let’s face it statist socialism is “creepy”…. why are we surprised at frequent glimpses of the spiked bludgeon nanny hides under her “orange” skirts.
