Just desserts for the CHRC

A couple lessons on the rule of law for the Canadian Human Rights Commission.

Lesson one: No one is above the law.

Lesson two:

(c) uses or causes to be used, directly or indirectly, a computer system with intent to commit an offence under paragraph (a) or (b) or an offence under section 430 in relation to data or a computer system, or
(d) uses, possesses, traffics in or permits another person to have access to a computer password that would enable a person to commit an offence under paragraph (a), (b) or (c)

  1. This is one of the few commentaries where I see the concept of being above the law used in reference to CHRC.

It is a phrase that should be used more often, particularly in dissecting HRC commissariat attitudes, process and mission creep.

If one has payed attention at all to the deranged rantings of OHRC Commissar Hall, her mad ranting makes perfect sense if you come at it from her perspective…they truly believe they are, and should be elevated higher, above the law. We lowly plebs must be shakled by the law an micromanaged like the rotten spoiled childre we are, by our betters…the philosopher kings of race politics. With such a self proclaimed pious mission, we can’t have the law and constitution standing in the way of a good old fashioned cold war era soviet political witch hunt.
