Convicted Terrorists Have “Right” to Passports

That`s according to a federal judge in Montreal:

A Federal Court judge has ruled that the government’s decision not to issue passports to convicted terrorists violates their freedom of movement guaranteed in the Constitution. The Toronto Star reports that Justice Simon Nol ruled yesterday that the process used to deny a passport application by Canadian convicted terrorist Fateh Kamel is “arbitrary” and “unacceptable.”

Sure, what the hell?  Let them have passports, I doubt that any country they travel to will be as lenient or forgiving as Canada.  Look at how foreigners treat people just accused of terrorism - imagine what they do to those convicted of it.
