Cherniak is a putz

Liberal blogger, Jason Cherniak is in a lather over a picture sent to him by a porn aficionado. The picture found on the porn site is identical to a photo used in a young Conservatives advert. He’s accusing the Tories of theft:

But stealing from a porn site? I can just imagine reading the case in first year property law: stolenpornvideos.com v. Conservative Party of Canada.

Now if the new media lawyer had taken a minute to look it up, he would have found that it’s an easy to locate royalty-free stock photo from istockphoto.com – right there at the top of the Google search. What a bloody putz. Is this the kind of thing Liberals get excited about? What a scandal! – Tories use stock photos.

Like the woman in the photo – I’m shocked!

He say he wasn’t the source. So which of his Liberal friends wants to admit to trolling “stolenpornvideos.com” ??????

It’s important for the Party of Putzes to win at any cost. How American of them.

It’s an easy mistake to assume the Conservatives stole it. It’s not like they respect the copyright laws they are claiming they need to toughen up.
